Clear monthly bookkeeping support to keep your records organised, reconciled and ready for your accountant.

Straightforward monthly support

Bookkeeping that keeps the day-to-day records under control

The service is designed for owner-managed small businesses, sole traders and landlords who need dependable bookkeeping without employing an in-house bookkeeper.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the bookkeeping service

Can you work with my accountant?

Yes. Harrian Bookkeeping can maintain and organise the underlying records so they are ready for your accountant or tax adviser.

Do I have to use Xero?

No. Your current system can be discussed first. Where Xero is suitable, the bookkeeping can be maintained there.

Can you help if my books are behind?

Catch-up and clean-up work may be available and is quoted separately after the records have been reviewed.

Do you prepare tax returns or statutory accounts?

No. The service is currently limited to bookkeeping. Tax returns, statutory accounts and tax advice remain with your accountant or tax adviser.

How often will the bookkeeping be updated?

The frequency is agreed during the quotation process and depends on the volume and complexity of the records.
