My name is Shailash Singh, and I founded Harrian Bookkeeping to help business owners keep their financial records organised, accurate and up to date.
Running a business already takes time and commitment. My role is to look after the regular bookkeeping so you can spend less time sorting transactions, receipts and paperwork and more time running your business.
You deal directly with me throughout the working relationship. There is no call centre and no need to repeat your situation to different people.

Why I started Harrian Bookkeeping
After many years working in financial services and client operations, I understood the importance of accurate records, dependable processes and clear communication.
I also recognised that many owner-managed businesses do not need an in-house finance team. They need someone dependable who will keep their bookkeeping under control each month.
Harrian Bookkeeping was created to provide that focused, practical support.

- More than 25 years of experience in financial services and client operations
- Xero Advisor Certified, Levels 1 and 2
- Direct bookkeeping business experience since December 2025
- Experience using Xero and Hubdoc
- Professional indemnity insurance in place
- UK-based with remote support available nationwide

You receive a clear quotation and an agreed scope showing what the monthly service will cover.

Access, document sharing and the monthly timetable are agreed before the regular bookkeeping begins.

Your bookkeeping is maintained consistently, with missing information raised clearly when needed.

Payroll, VAT return submission, Self Assessment, statutory accounts, tax advice, auditing and regulated financial advice are not currently provided.
Where necessary, the organised bookkeeping records can be passed to your accountant or tax adviser.
